What we keep about you, and how to have it deleted.
Acta keeps only what you give us to send you the brief or watch your banks. Nothing is sold, and anything can be deleted on request.
What we keep
When you ask for the brief or the Watch: your name, email, role, where you are based, the banks you ask us to watch, and how you reached us (a referral name or campaign tag, if the link carried one). Your consent is kept as a dated entry with the exact words you agreed to, your language, your browser's name and a one-way scrambled form of your internet address, never the address itself.
If you pay for a Reading, Stripe takes the payment. We receive the subscription, its amount and its status; we never see your card number.
Why
To send what you asked for: the brief, alerts on the banks you named, and the Reading if you subscribe. We do not use it for anything else, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not share it with any bank we cover.
Where it is kept, and who handles it
In the United States, with the services that run the site: Vercel (hosting), Neon (the database), Resend (email) and Stripe (payments). Each handles it only to provide its service to us.
Browsing the site
The site runs no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. The Check runs in your browser and sends nothing unless you ask us to watch your banks. A form you have started but not sent is kept only in your own browser. Our own logs record what a request did, never who made it.
How long
Until you ask us to stop or to delete it. Payment records that the law requires us to keep stay with Stripe for as long as it requires.
To see, correct or delete it
Write to editors@actaregistro.com from the address you signed up with, or reply to any email we sent you, and say what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. Writing from that address is how we know the request is yours. Deletion removes you, your consent entries, your watchlist and your answers; we keep only a dated, one-way scrambled form of the address as proof that it was deleted. We write back when it is done.
